  • Electrical Motors consume a substantial amount of total power produced globally. As per estimate Half of the energy produced around the world is used to operate pumps.

    Samhita Technologies solar powered pumps are environmentally friendly, with a long lifetime and low maintenance costs compared to diesel generator pumps, It is independent from the grid and produces no pollution or noise.

    We design system consists of four components: Photovoltaic Panels with Module Mounting Structure , Solar Pump Inverters, 3 Phase AC Motor and Pump. With built in maximum power point tracking functionality enables the pump to run at maximum power using available solar power.

    Continuous operation with specific flow is typical requirement for few critical pumping applications.

    If you have a such typical solar pumping requirement, then you might be acquainted with the possible pain of the frequent changeovers between solar & electrical feeder.

    Insufficient Sunlight blotted out by the clouds during the daytime can cause unpredicted flow reduction or discontinuous pumping operations.

    To cater such challenging requirement, our system is integrated with radiation measurement and user defied setpoint.

    Sensorless vector control of induction motors and permanent magnet motors is used for pumping operation. The inverter is customized to operate in dual supply mode, so the grid connected supply is used in the absence of energy from PV cells. The inverter functions with the latest in technology maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm to derive maximum power from the PV cells at any instant.

    Output choke is used to reduce the peak voltage, and increase the rise time, to reduce the stress applied to the motor insulation and prevent damages.
